About
Preservation New Jersey is pleased to present the Hazelrigg Brothers at the 1867 Sanctuary at Ewing! They perform an ingenious blend of classical, rock, and jazz elements perfectly suited for the highly regarded acoustics of the 1867 Sanctuary. This concert will feature their eclectic mix of classic rock songs as well as compositions from their 2011 release, Bartók, Stravinsky, Bloch: A Contemporary Connection.
George and Geoff Hazelrigg are multitalented brothers and highly accomplished musicians who have toured nationally and internationally, composed works featured on major media, and recorded with many important artists. Bassist, Geoff, pianist, George, and joined by drummer John O’Reilly Jr., the trio presents an ingenious blend of classical, rock, and jazz elements. Their repertoire ranges from Jimi Hendrix and Led Zeppelin, to baroque and 20th century classical music. They have most recently recorded with genre bending artists Autre Ne Veut (Authur Ashin) and Shy Girls (Dan Vidmar)....
